Return Policy

We want you to be happy. To return an item, please follow the instructions below carefully.

Please note:

1. NOT RETURNABLE are: lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items.
2. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned shoes.

You have 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it:

• in new or unused condition,
• in its original packaging,
• noting the reason for return
• within 30 days

and we will gladly refund (less the original shipping and handling charges) the purchase price. No return parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.
